Modelitycs is a Houston, TX–based company with senior production teams across LATAM. We focus on Architecture & 3D Modeling, BIM coordination, and survey deliverables aligned to US standards. You keep client ownership and project leadership; we deliver clear, verifiable outputs that plug directly into your workflow.

Why Modelitycs exists

After years working on complex infrastructure and public–private projects, our founders saw the same pattern in US AEC companies: tight margins, difficulty growing senior production teams, and the need to keep quality and schedules under control. At the same time, LATAM was full of highly trained architects, engineers and modelers ready to work on international projects.

Modelitycs was created to connect both sides in a simple, transparent way: US-based leadership and client ownership, powered by LATAM production teams that understand codes, submittals and contractor deadlines. No outsourcing fog, just structured scopes, predictable delivery and technical outputs you can trust.

Our focus is architecture-first: Architecture & 3D Modeling as the core service, BIM as the coordination layer, and survey data as a precise input for design and construction decisions.

Founders

Francisco F. Valencia

Co-founder & CEO · Based in Colombia

Lawyer and MBA with more than 20 years leading public utilities and infrastructure companies in Colombia, including roles as General Manager of Aguas y Aguas de Pereira and General Manager of Aeropuerto Internacional Matecaña. He has directed water treatment plants, airport modernization, mobility projects and long-term public–private partnerships.

From Colombia, he leads strategy, partnerships and project structuring, ensuring that our LATAM teams deliver to US expectations on risk, deadlines and technical consistency.

Mauricio Velásquez

Co-founder · Based in Houston, TX

Mauricio leads our presence in the United States, bridging US clients with LATAM production teams. From Houston he focuses on understanding project constraints, aligning scopes with budgets, and making sure our deliverables land cleanly in existing design and construction workflows.

Together with Francisco, he helped shape Modelitycs as a remote-first company: senior client engagement close to the projects, and a distributed team in LATAM dedicated to high-quality technical production.
